The condition when you can’t sleep or experience stress is familiar practically to everyone. Unfortunately there is no a universal insomnia help pill or something that can relieve your stress completely. But fortunately these conditions are not permanent and can not be classified as separate diseases but as minor ailments because they do not affect your body. Instead, your nerves and psyche are endangered and to my mind this is really dreadful.
If you ask me how do I reduce stress? Well, there is no a common thing that will definitely help all people to get out of stress condition but some things still may be appropriate to everyone:
- Take everything easy – remember! – you can’t buy health and nerves after all.
- Smile and laugh! It is already proved that laughing increases the life span.
- Entertain yourself and eat sweets! Definitely you are under stress 90% of your work-time that’s why you need rest and relaxation. Sweet things like cookies, candies and torts are “qualified” to elevate your mood and feel better.
- Listen a lot of music. !
- Consult a psychiatrist for a well planned treatment .
